Grouping IPA Andorra constituted the 19 of January of 1998 and would be approved its Statutes by the Government of Andorra the 7 of October of 1998, the one that at that time was the desire of 12 people (the members of the Meeting), to form to a Grouping that reunited members of the bodies of Police and Circulation of the Principality of Andorra, under the directives of the IPA.
In the assembly of partners of the 29 of February of 2000 the regulation of the assembly and the Electoral regulation, as well as the Meeting were approved that appeared compound for 12 members as they informed to us in the Catalonia Delegation that it had to consist.
The past year 2004 elections again the 15 of April were celebrated and the only list that appeared to the elections left winner with 29 votes the 79 partners who we comprised of the association and the Meeting we composed 6 members that are those that continues at the present time.
At the present time we are a total of 92 partners, between the different bodies from security of the country: Service of Police, Services of Circulation Communal, Service of Monitoring Penitentiary and Customs service, which request us that since we belong to a country recognized internationally and after to have passed the corresponding term, we do the possible one in order that our Grouping becomes an independent Section.
